I know I can count on you to be there for me day and night and at times you have gone beyond the call of duty to be there to help in whatever way you can, such as when you helped me move into my new home. You and the Outreach Centre have been a real life-saver. I simply do not know how I would have coped without the Service. You are an amazing team who do such a unique and invaluable job!
